imho, it shouldn't be "hard" work, but it's work nonetheless. Sometimes it's fun, often stimulating, frustrating and confusing, but in the end i found my own inner strength once i began to realize that so much of my life was build around pleasing others and why that was. It explained so much, and still does today. What i find difficult now, is being alone, with the realization that while this state may not change, i'm still a submissive, and always will be.
