The DMs at the parties I go to know when I bottom, they are likely going to hear "the shoshie yell" and have to assist with getting me down off the chains or cross. It isn't any specific tool, it is the energy in the room, how whatever the Top is using gets used on me. When I was strictly sub, the DMs would watch the scene & when they saw the telltale signs, they would head for the newbies in the room to reassure them that the noise was a good thing. I've found that far more common with females then males. Only heard of a few males a Dom/me was able to move to completion without anything but nondirected flogging/whipping. Most amusing thing ever was when on a first session a sub began to orgasm shortly after just restraining her hands behind her and putting in the gag. I was rather annoyed to say the least.

Angel's reply to this is yes. And Yes. Although as a general rule it is sound that does it for Angel(just a craving[:D]) As a kind of side story but relative... I was at a gig and the band playing were awesome, and they played a song during the set that I particularly liked.
