You are way over thingking this. if he is in your ass during reverse CG you will have a hard time keeping the dildo in your vagina and he is not participating with it (huge turn off)

the other option would be for him to stand while your laying in the edge of the bed. THis would allow him to cover all 3 bases, enter you annally, control the vibe on or in your beaver as well as watch your eyes bug out.
