Somehow the word "schill" comes to mind. I have never been though this, no, but that doesn't mean I have nothing to say. I think the first thing I would do is request copies of any and all applications they have recieved supposedly from me. If they do not comply, threaten to supenoea (sp) them. If that doesn't work, then carry though with the threat of course. I'd bet marketing scam because it came to you, an identity thief would not have done that, so if you get a chance to slam them for it, I say go for it. That's a scare tactic and even if there is no statutory law by which they can be punished, perhaps our twisted tort laws could get you something. Oh ya, I am as honest and nice as can be, until there is a reason not to be. If this is a scare tactic, I would love to return the favor. Watch the costs though, don't hurt yourself making a point. T
