Prevention is the best cure, but go out and have fun...don't overdue it, and definately don't drink and drive.
1. While you are drinking, keep on eating. Have a good meal, but get snacks in between.
2. Secondly, drink lots and lots of water...before, during, and after. Alcohal saps up all the water in the brain--that's why you get light headed.
3. When you get home or after, get something to eat. Go to an all-night restaurant--but watch out, if you go to places like Denny's, they always have a cop there just to handle things.
4. If you have to, throw up...it gets all of the toxins out.
5. Drink a lot of stuff with tomatos in it--do not drink more alcohal...you'll just get drunker.
6. Watch what you take for headaches...some medicine will put you into shock and kill you...
