I'm a little baffled by your question. Yes, most of the fetish wear you are listing as wanting your girlfriend to wear are usually on the tight side. What I'm wondering is why you feel it necessary to force (or persuade) her to wear stuff that she does not want to wear.

OK, this is a bit of a peeve of mine as I'm discovering that malesubs will only accept me and event organizers will only allow me to attend events if I agree to dress according to their specifications.

I'm wondering if people have suggestions for how a woman can retain her toppy feelings while adhering to other peoples' dress codes.

Take her shopping with you (or shop online together) to get an idea of her tastes. Let her pick it out.

Anything you pick out and present to her as a gift she might be put off by, feeling like you just want the fetish and not the woman in the outfit.

Find out what makes *her* feel sexy.

First off, this should have been placed in "Bondage Gear and Apparel"

Secondly I agree with Alix. I am sick and tired of male subs feeling that leather, latex or some other form of fetish dress is needed to make one a Dominatrix. I AM a Domme. I do not need clothes or lack of clothes to make me Dominant.

Lastly, I find it a bit odd that a sub is upset because his Domme wants to do things her way. What ever happened to submission? Is it that you only submit on the things that you enjoy or that are convenient for you? If the woman doesn't want to wear fetish clothes, leave her alone!

Oh, and Alix.. I wear my comfy clothes that I always wear to Top to all events. If anyone asks why I'm not in "fetish" I tell them I am... I have a librarian fetish.;-) Another thing I've done, is privately written the host of the event and explained that while I am a lifestyle Domme active in the local community and would enjoy attending their event, I'm not comfortable in corsets and leather. I always get a reply to wear whatever I please. When push comes to shove, most event coordinators prefer that you spend the money then dress exactly how they say.

W/we have been on the net browsing around, but thougt i might get some good tips here on where too find a something not tight.and it was my Girlfriend who wanted me to find something for Her.i agree with Beach Mystress that the clothes don't make You dominant,W/we don't have any other fetish clothes,W/we both dress like vanilla people.if i had bought a dress that was too tight and She did not want to wear it i would not have been upset, don't know where You got that idea.and i DO NOT only submit to the things i like,i do all the house choores even thou i don't like it,but it makes Her really happy and that makes me happy.like You,She dresses like She wants to.i did ask the wrong question,it did come out a little wrong and my english is not to good either.i did place it under the wrong topic and for all that i am sorry.
hopes this clears out some loose ends.

I took the question to query where one could find fetish style clothing that didn't fit like a glove. I think it's probably a matter of interpretation, or perhaps just punctuation.

As BeachMystress pointed out, there's a specific forum to discuss this topic, and I think you'll find more input and helpful suggestions there, since that's what it's about.

I too am not big into wearing tight fit clothing, but since losing a little weight...I'm changing my style now too. "Before," my clothese were tight...not by choice.

Unlike some that posted here, I'm not opposed to dressing for my men. It's for "both" of us, in the long run.

Try the Lerner's catalog for nice leather pants, skirts and jackets. The styles are mostly vanilla, but there's a set of clothes in leather, with D-rings that's fabulous for fetish dressing. Their leather low rider jeans are on sale now too. Also some nice lacey outfits, in black that'll work too. Chadwick's clearance online too. Both have coupons available most of the time, and can be found in a general web search.

Happy shopping.

K
