If the penis sheath is rubber, and you need to use a lubricant, please use KY, some other water based lube, or a silicone lube. Oils will cause the rubber to quickly deteriorate into a gummy mess. I'm sure that you would want to keep this device for more than one use. As with all rubber, after use, wash it with water and a mild soap, rinse it well, pat it dry with a towel and dust with talcum powder to keep it from sticking together. If the sheath also covers the scrotum, another forum that I frequent has had comments about it and the difficulty in putting it on. One suggestion there was to remove the top and bottom of a large frozen orange juice can, stuff the sheath into the can, stretch the opening over the can and then insert. Once the penis is in its proper place the sheath can be slid off the can and behind the balls. Since I don't have a device such as this, I have not tried this method so I don't know if it would actually work or not. I'm just relaying what I read.
