Hello both,
 
You could try nipple nooses, or nipple clips.  If you google nipple jewellry it will bring up sites with these on.  There are some really nice non piercing nipple jewellry.

The top one is a bit more expensive but has lovely jewellry; the second cheaper but still pretty.
