Has anyone seen a strap on device for a male that is hollow. I was thinking something where a male could put their penis in to have sex without feeling any of the stimulation. Sounds like it would be fun to provide the experience of sex to the Mistress without being able to feel anything or enjoy it myself.

Yes they are out there I have seen them. Go to some of the better known online stores and look at what they have you should be able to find one. I don't use a strap on so I don't any more then this.

Yep they are called PPA's (for Prosthetic Penis Attachment) you can get them in various sizes, both doc johnsons, and cal exotics make them. Cal exotics has a vibrating pump up one, so you can make it as wide as you want as it tightens around your own member

What you're looking for us usually advertised as a 'penile extender'.

However, the male using the extender usually get's a rush from being 'as big as he's always wanted to be' and cums inside the extender anyway.

You might want to try a thick rubber cock sheath. It will not stop all the sensation but will reduce it quiet a bit
