has anyone noticed their lowered standard of service lately? pet and i have both had items dropped from orders with no explanation. in my last order, i ordered regular old ben wah balls and received something that had a totally different name from what i ordered and looks nothing like the picture. i wouldn't have ordered these. they don't appear to have them on the website so perhaps they decided to substitute them without asking? i also ordered a silk rope whip but what arrived is a cheap feeling cotton.
also it seems that every time i get a new email from them, even if it just arrived in my inbox, whatever they are advertising is already sold out. this has been pissing off pet for a while. he checks his email obsessively so he can click through the minute it arrives and low and behold... sold out.
