so many sites on the web offering six weeks course on how to 'spank'whip'to tie a partner up'in other words its like this you want my knowledge my experiences you have to pay for it!
so let me ask this do you get value for money ?

Depends on what you are talking about since you asked about it being enjoyable but mention how-to courses.

If you want instruction in a skill, any skill be it cooking or flogging, it's not unreasonable for the instructor to want payment - provided they actually have the skills and aren't running a scam. To me, this isn't enjoyable in the manner of a scene.

However, if you are talking about paying for a BDSM scene, then yes it could be more enjoyable to pay for it. Either by the virtue of the skill you are paying for or because part of your kink is paying for it. That doesn't mean that everyone will enjoy paying for it more though. I'd say it depends on a variety of factors.

Status: offline 		I think it is more of a personal choice. Having pro doms is just one choice. We have sex lines people can spend money and call. What is the difference? I have known people who work on those lines, and truth is the majority are not the young beautiful women pictured on the site or advertisment. That is just done for markting purposes, and I would take a guess that is true with some of the pro dom. advertisments.

I do not believe personally there is anything wrong with that avenue, though would not be a choice of mine.

Status: offline 		One advantage of pay-to-play is that a local professional dungeon probably has a greater variety of equipment you can use on a submissive (clamps, suspension, whips, chairs, benches, etc.) and the submissive (or Domme) will likely be extremely experienced, so you can learn greatly just by play acting an hour or two with her.

The other advantage of such local professional play sites is they offer a wide variety of women whom you can pick from at will from their catalog. For example, in my local area, there are two such pay-to-play houses within a few miles of each other, http://www.thegatessm.com & http://www.backdrop.net each with a good handful of choice submissives to choose from.

Of course, the big disadvantage, by far, is the lack of any real emotional involvement - which kills the whole effect for me but if you can suspend disbelief, you can certainly have an enjoyable time while learning the ropes with a very willing and open partner. Just remember, like all pay-to-play activities, they always try to make you feel like you're superman, so, don't let your ego be built up when they tell you that you're the best they've ever seen.
