ManyMoodz -> as a switch/a question...... (1/7/2009 3:09:18 PM)

What is the protocol for meeting someone on collar me? what I mean is, I have an ad as a "dominant" female, and I have a male submissive.  I would like to compose an ad as a female "switch" looking for a dominant female for myself. A domme, friend, companion, etc..My question is do I petition the female dommes or how do I go about this? I hope this isn't a silly question, but would like to know what the ''rules'' are...
Cheers,

There are no "rules" in my eyes. Be polite, be yourself and be straight forward. Since you already have a dominant female ad you probably already have experience with CM mail...just use that. Send messages that you yourself would like to read.

I'd like to think that 'the rules' are to be honest and forthright.
Best wishes for that which you seek,

Yeah, there is no set "protocol" or whatever... there are some people that might have a specific way they personally like things done, but, everyone is different, and some people largely don't care exactly how it's done...

If you want to message someone, message them... Make sure you read their profile/etc first, of course, but yeah... just message someone however you think is best.

I would just use common sense when msg someone. Just do a simple hi and what you are interested in and see if they email back. There answer will say alot about them. Good Luck

When I was still a Domme I would sometimes have Doms email me letting me know that they enjoyed being submissive from time to time.  They didn't want to reflect that in their profile, nor to switch with their current partner.  It was a part of themselves that they chose to keep more private.  When I first decided to experiment with submission I did the same thing, emailed a few Doms privately, found one that I clicked with, and then changed my profile to reflect my new choice.

It's up to you how public you want to be about it.  It could be confusing for one of your subs, or a potential one, to run across your profile twice and see a whole different side of you.  Those are at least some things that you can keep in mind.
