Taking this hypothetical yarn a bit further, if we assume she's not cheating [8|] and that you just don't want to leave marks for some other reason, there have been some great suggestions made for ways to minimize marking and as a dominant, I suppose it would be a great opportunity to read up on things painful that mark minimally. Perhaps your local bdsm group may have some seminars upcoming in which you may partake.
The answers, too, would depend largely on how easily marked the subject is. If someone does not mark easily, much greater a field of possibilities for causing them pain than someone who does mark very easily.
And, while I'm a bit on the sleepy and mellow side to indulge my inner saidst at the moment, I'd say that a good bet would be those places that are most difficult to see/and or where the skin is a different color already (Inside the mouth, labial/vaginal areas, etc.).
