Status: offline 		After reading through everbody's great stories about their name, I feel like I copped out in choosing mine. My name is Anne. When it comes to my "title" of princess, I've always been daddy's little princess since I was a little girl, plus in the realm of female domination I don't really fit the role of a goddess, but I feel I am more of a Princess, so... put them together and what have you got?

And I left out the space because some sites don't allow them and it tends to be available without more often than with.
And now after typing that out, I realize I do have a bit of a story behind my name.

Status: offline 		I am somewhat like PrincessAnne just above: my name does not truly reflects a submissive soul. In fact, you might think that monsieur (the french equivalent of mister or sir would suit better a dominant character. There are a few reasons for this name.
1- I used to go on all kind of forums, not necessarily bdsm ones and, for sake of keeping things simple, I wanted a name that would fit everywhere.
2- I wanted a name that would clearly identify me as a guy. It is amazing the number of hits you can get with a name that is just neutral, not even feminine, from guys who want to know if you're a she or a he. (I am sure the ladies on this forum can attest to that).
3- My friends used to call me monsieur followed by my family name. I guess I have a personnality that somehow sticks well with that.
4- I might be a sub, I might seek humiliations but I still expect some respect. I think a name like monsieur helps to keep things in balance.

42 in monsieur42 is just a number that no longer means anything but remained as it is now registered in so many places.

My name as i said before had no meaning really was a quick spur of the moment thing...

Status: offline 		At one point my Mistress had come up with a "slave name" for me, but she never told me what it was.

As for my CollarMe moniker, my college sweetheart used to tease me by calling me her "Knight of the Woeful Countenance," so I've always had a soft spot for Man of La Mancha.

Plus, I do seem to be tilting at a lot of windmills of late.

Status: offline 		i came up with the name back around 1996 or so...i had gone through a period where caning was a particular favorite of mine...and well...the sensation, being a stinging one...i became, on aol, ohthesting...over time, it got shortened to sting....516, well, that's my area code.

Not terrible interesting, but there it is.

Well I chose my name MasterSnowBeard
because of my Snow White Beard that I have...
(thanks to the stress of my son in teenage years it turned white in one year lol)

Status: offline 		i have another name that i am known by at Yahoo Chats (since early 2001). i decided one evening (out of boredom/curiousity) to leave the very conservative/vanilla room that i'd normally chatted at on a regular basis. i didn't wish to be followed (many who know me real time, work family, friends etc DO know me by the online nick and frequent that room) i logged into the adult rooms, first in a room called Whipped Cream:1.. then in another called The Dungeun:1. Found both to be very boring. i did find an interesting adult chat site and logged in there with the ID of sinn0cent1, it was fitting. i also use the IDs sinn0cence, and just plain sinnocent as well. The ID of cynnacent1 came about because i frequent Literotica.com as sinn0cent1 to read the stories and forum there, i also frequent the chats at Literotica which require a separate ID.

i've been asked by many what the ID means. This is my best shot at explaining:

sinn= Relating to the taboo labeling many place on BDSM... and my fantasies, kinks, desires etc ... the real, private part of my personality/sensuality that is hidden in my daily/vanilla personality/existance.

0= Sometimes stands for highly orgasmic.. or simply represents the line between my sinful side and my innocent side... as in a neutral point... teetering on the edge of vanilla vs. non-vanilla.

cent= Well.. this part of the ID represents my innocent nature, ..of course. *coughs* (WELL.. it USED to fit ! Many times it is still fitting.)

1= The number stands for the word 'one'. It's just reprsentative of the fact that i am one who is submissive. The adult site (ACN.com) had a limit placed on the number of charactors allowed for an ID when i had registered. As in "sinnocent one" (O/one)

my ID means that i am a generally innocent submissive with a high potential for exploring/experiencing my innermost sinful desires.

I use cynnacent here at collarme simply because i like the spelling, and due to my heavy southeastern Massachusetts accent.... that is exactly how i pronounce sinnocent.

**The ID and all of it's variations are the screen names i decided to use when i first started joining BDSM & D/s related chats & forums in 2002. i was an absolute newbie to BDSM & D/s in every respect, with no real time experience, although i have always been submissive in nature.. just never had a name to affix to it all & had not yet found a partner who could handle/be comfortable with exploring said desires/fantasies.

**(NOTE: nooooo.... and thank you.. i am NOT looking anymore. i have been found. i am owned .. have a Master/Dom .. otherwise known as INSIDEYOURMIND. Thankies ! )**

Status: offline 		for this name i thought of what i wanted to have done to me most. i desire to become a cuckold slave because of the fact that both wifes cheated on me, and so did most of the girls i dated.

with my current wife she messed around a lied about it, i hate nothing more then a liar. but i forgave her all times, even now i know she is riding ever dick she can.. of course it kills me to think some guy is boning my wife, and yes i would have killed the bastared if i found out who he was at that time without a second thought. but i have come to love and forgive her so much that id agree to her cheating on me just to have her in my life, thats how much i love her. but i know that all she desired was the card, and that she most likly wont ever return not for me anyway. so i desire someone who will cheat on me, and make me watch and or listen, and get youst to the idea that i will never be able to have her unless im liking him out of her. no im not gay, but hey it would be very humiliating..

so thats how i came up with this nick..

the Cap i's = lovercase l's.. Cuckoldslave was taken so i used i's instead

Status: offline 		I wasn't going to post here, since I had answered this question (or one extremely similar to it) last time it was posted, but since quite a few of the 'board old timers' have also posted, here goes

My original nick here was MstrMrW - which could stand for either Master MrW (MrW being my initials) or Mister MrW if I wandered into a vanilla type site somehow - or even Master Mister W for some particularly anal retentive type

I changed it to Thanatosian as an experiment, after getting into a discussion with Estring about people having Master or some variation (Sir, Lord, Dom, etc.) in their nick - to see if it would have any effect on contacts and emails
Why I chose Thanatosian is somewhat related to my (now) main scene nick, SirBlackhart (or just Blackhart) - Blackhart was chosen in a fit of despair after I had a second submissive in a row die (nothing lifestyle related in either case - first was epileptic and had a bad grand mal seizure, second blew out an aneurism) - anywho, I have since become somewhat morbidly attracted to things with skulls - mugs, knives and swords, shirts, a chess set, candlesticks, etc. - that combined with being a somewhat nerdy scifi loving geek all mixed together to bring forth Piers Anthony's prime character in his Incarnations of Immortality series first book - On A Pale Horse - to wit, Death personified, whose name in Greek is Thanatos
Since I am not vain enough to consider myself to be Death personified, and since I do not have a death fetish, nor do I want any potential submissives to think I wish to cause/lead up to their death, I decided to transmute the name a little by adding the ian suffix - intended to show that while I do have an interest in some 'deathlike' things ( did I mention I collect weapons? and skull articles?), I am not 'into' death

clear as well stirred mud?

(edited to correct some stupid shit I cant believe I missed - I swear sometimes having become a touch typist is more trouble than its worth - especially when my mind outruns my fingers)

Started out with rd_chks, then mz_zipi, dpsouth (deep south, NOT double penetration south), keptwoman, dixiedumpling, tygrdoodle, grits^. I'm back to keptwoman there. It's my little joke. I'm a housewife, my spouse keeps me and I keep house, ergo keptwoman. Most Dominant-types don't get the joke.

I did the online thing early on, of having the {SSh} collar attached to my nick once I was collared after meeting my now ex. I've gone through spankin`good`time (and all the associated names - spankin`the`dream`slut, spankin`the`monkey, spankin), to the name my ex chose for me, luminary (with the {SSh} for his nick). I often use my luminary email address or nick in channels still, on the infrequent occasions I go in. kiki blue is the most recent incarnation, and some people call me kiki, but most still call me Denise. It's one you can guarantee I'll answer to :)

I went through a few nicks on AOL before i settled on this one...in the first chat room i hung out in I was always the youngest, being 21 at the time. all of the other regs would joke around about my age, calling me youngin and stuff. So I guess the name just fits.
