Another vote for a solid suspension setup, if possible.  Crosses and benches are staples, I agree, but for me part of going to an outing or club is to possibly use something that isn't easy to come by otherwise; so I'd suggest including those couple staples and use the other spaces for something multi-use but less common.

You named the top 2 for sure.  I have seen many public dungeons in my day.  The spanking benches/horses are never empty and often outnumber the St Andrew’s crosses by 2 to 1 or more in larger dungeons and big events.  The davit & table are very popular too. 

Since you only have 4 stations, making them convertible may be a good idea to appeal to all forms of play.  My friend Lucivar created a horizontal cross with a davit at the Master’s Quest dungeon in Tampa and it was popular.  Although their set up wasn’t designed to be flexible, yours can be.  That way you can kill a few birds with one stone by using the cross & davit combo.  That way you can have vertical St Andrews cross for the whip/flogger enthusiast or a horizontal cross acting as a bondage table, waxing table or for spread legged play.  You can also clip the cross to the wall and get it out of the way and just the davit for hand or foot manacle suspension or full suspension for rope enthusiasts.

Check out The New Orleans Leather Company and see how they are set up.  Crosses, benches, exam table and other goodies I dare not mention due to getting me aroused.  If you get there, get involved with fireplay with Deb.  She is the best.

Y'all could come up the road to RSVP in Baton Rouge and look at our dungeon.  It's great and could give you some ideas.  We have quite a few members and attendees from New Orleans.

We are lucky enough to have themed rooms, including the Fire Room, the Harem Room, the Double Roomed Library, the Medical Room, the Evil Dark Forest Room, The Generic Kinky Massage Etc Room, the Suspension Room and a huge open room in the back.

I used to volunteer DM at the Sanctuary in Dallas with Master Steven and gem.  The most popular stations were the spanking horses and the crosses...   the suspension stations got quite a bit of use as well..

Something for suspension (by which I mean suspension through rope bondage) is a must!

As an example, this is what we have in our home-dungeon, though we found it on a different website at a big discount but I can't find that link right now.

Sold as an outdoor swing stand, this actually makes an amazing suspension frame and we have used it without any issue and know other rope enthusiasts who swear by it as well. You'll probably find that it's a lot lest costly than other suspension furniture marketing on bdsm specific sites.

One of the more useful multipurpose items was a long rectangular cage that a sub could lie in ... topped by a padded table that could be used for massage, needles, fire play, wax play etc ... with anchor points at the corners for bondage too! I agree that if you can only have 4 stations, try to make them multi-purpose. Generally crosses, horses, spanking benches and tables for flat play of lots of types are the 4 biggies!
