Kidding [:-]

But there is a similar set of lines in The Incredibles.

Another hint?

J.S. (the actor) spoke the first part.
J.W. (the actor) spoke the second part.

Oh, that's "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance." I can't believe nobody got this yet. That may be Lee Marvin's best movie.

fluffypet61 -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/24/2009 5:47:55 AM)

Yes, Panda, you are correct!

Your turn.

ThatDamnedPanda -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/24/2009 7:50:37 PM)

"I didn't mean get rid of it down there. We already been down there!"

ThatDamnedPanda -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/25/2009 1:26:15 PM)

It's a Western.

fluffypet61 -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/25/2009 7:19:01 PM)

B&W or Color?

ThatDamnedPanda -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/28/2009 5:19:02 PM)

Oh, color. Definitely color. In fact, even the title has color in  it.... if you know the right language...

ThatDamnedPanda -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/29/2009 10:54:38 AM)

Here's another quote form the same film...

"That's what the little son of a bitch did, alright - I was gonna rob your feeble old papa and shoot that squawkin' old woman over there."

Musicmystery -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/29/2009 12:07:04 PM)

Only a guess---Unforgiven?

plsurnpain -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/29/2009 12:10:20 PM)

Hmm.. " Pale Rider" comes to mind

ThatDamnedPanda -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/29/2009 2:05:46 PM)

No, sorry. No Clint Eastwood in this one. The only typical Western star who appears in this film was actually famous from another era, a very well-known action and adventure star from many years earlier. In fact, this was that actor's last film. He played the villain.

ThatDamnedPanda -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/29/2009 2:09:53 PM)

The star of the film is someone you typically don't associate with movies at all, and the co-star is someone who rarely does Westerns. In fact, this may have been the last Western he ever did, although he's done about 100 movies and TV appearances since this film was released.

Barbarosa with Willie Nelson as the outlaw?

ThatDamnedPanda -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/29/2009 3:11:57 PM)

Finally! I never dreamed it would be that hard. Sorry, guys.

Yeah, Willie Nelson starred as Barbarosa ("red beard", per the clue), pre-crazy Gary Busey co-starred, and Gilbert Roland played the villain in his last film role.

fluffypet61 -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/29/2009 4:02:33 PM)

"Hey, what do those white wings mean?"
"They're for licking virgin pussy."

Musicmystery -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/29/2009 7:53:49 PM)

Hell Ride

fluffypet61 -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/29/2009 7:55:09 PM)

YES.  Your turn MM.

Musicmystery -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/29/2009 8:09:06 PM)

"I haven't slept in so long that I'm............really tired."

Musicmystery -> RE: What movie is this quote from? (8/31/2009 7:30:37 PM)

It's a comedy about a practical joke gone horribly wrong.
