My calf measurement is very tiny. Depending on the shoe I wear a 10 to 11 in US sizes and I am about six feet tall. I believe my calf measurement is about 8 or 9 inches. I have never been able to find a pair of boots that falls below the knee that is snug against my leg. The smallest openings in boots that I can find are still to big even if I had pants tucked inside them. (To the point it just looks silly.) The smallest calf opening I have found in my size shoe is about 11 inches. This leaves huge gaps in the front and the back of the boot.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a boot manufacturer that sells boots with this small of a calf measurement or if anyone knows if it is possible for someone (I'm not sure who I would ask) to modify the circumference of the boot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A pro-domme I know had a similar problem. She solved it by wearing leg warmers inside her boots.

Wesco makes custom boots...but they are not feminine.

A good cobbler can split the back seam and alter a boot but it will be pricey.

I have modified a few pairs for friends...cutting the back, trimming and then inserting grommets so that they lace up the back.

hmmmm.... Calf presses? As in exercise to build up those calves.

Lace-up boots might help.

You can have Dehner riding boots custom made to your measurements, but they're expensive.

Catskill Moccasins are entirely custom and can be made in many different colors/embellishments, etc. They're quite pricey but I've known several people who have had their boots for 20 years or more. Check out their web site.
