I just wanted to say for the ladies in here and their loved ones. Please be vigilant with your health and your loved ones health. Lost a special person recently. What is important is that somebody is gone. She complained about being tired, in pain and fatigued from what i am told. If you are having these symptoms please run, don't walk to the Doctor. If your mom, sis, friend, significant other also feels this way please urge them to go to the Doctor. This person ignored her health and at the age of 45 dropped dead. Please i urge you to take your health seriously for YOUR LOVED ONES sakes.

so sorry to hear of your loss.  we often forget to take care of the one person who takes care of everyone else, ourselves.  we lost a family friend in 2007, had a sudden heart attack while driving to work and passed away behind the wheel.  life is too precious to take it for granted.  i hope your happy memories will comfort you during this difficult time.

It is My loved ones and My horses that remind Me to enjoy life and stay the health course.

You are right, people should listen to and take concern for their bodies.

I asked Miss once, why they will not have anything more to do with the community. Miss told me too many bad memories. The other day I had asked again and she told me. In the years they, Miss and Sir, lived in Ontario, there was a couple that they met that introduced them to community. They did everything together, were even involved in the vanilla community, Lions and Lionesses. Then one day one of them was diagnosed with sleep apnea which eventually lead to his death. With so much time together, people develop attachments and when something happens, its no longer the same for them and they have no reason to remain so they leave. Even after Miss was visibly upset, I felt closer to Miss than I have ever felt before. But I understood, there are perhaps others that have been close to someone in the community,. That are no longer there and so they just stopped being a member of the community. Miss and Sir do not do much of anything unless they decide to go and visit their grandchildren.
Losing people close to you, even friends does affect your life. Sometime its a learning experience, losing someone to an OD or after dying from tainted blood. Really does make one take a couple of steps back and think about life more seriously. Then of course there are the good moments that someone would rather remember than remember why those they once knew are no longer there.
I suppose its hard on some. For some it just doesn't seem to affect them as much.
