BbwCanaDomme, yes, IT CAN be healthy, but I don't go out to eat healthy,I mean I do make smarter than average choices, such as no soda with my meal, but salads and crap aint on my radar When I go out. I go out to eat hearty and eat big, and to eat stuff I wouldn't normally get at home cause it was to much effort to fix. And if I do get a salad, it's usually one of those really sweet ones, MAndrine orange salads, I believe. Sugar peas and rice and chunks of, got Chunks of crispy chicken, and honey glaze on it or something and if it's a regular salad I am going to put ranch on it. . One of my fav places to eat is Jack in the box, 2 eggstreme sausage sandwhiches, and a large ice tea, with two packets of sweet and low. There's 4 or 5 places I like to eat at the best, and I always get the same thing, that;s why we go there, I know we like the food. If I go to On the border for instance, I will have a plate of beef and cheese impanada's with ranch the rice dish and beans, and ice tea. If I go to Mary's Where Daddy works, it'll be chicken parmasian, with fettichini noodles and cream sause, a house salad, a basket of bread sticks, sometimes it's pesto sticks and 5 or 6 cups of ice tea. Woodies, I get the coconut fried shrimp prawns in sweet marmalaid dipping sauce. quote:

ORIGINAL: YourhandMyAss We aren't doing anything to scale back. We are not big spenders anyway, and we live frugally day to day normally, So there really isn't to much to "scale back from" The only things we're doing is we're not eating out very much any more, and it's not about scaling back, but it's about caring about my health since eating out at our fav place often is extreamly horrible for your health. Actually eating out can be great as long as you make good choices. Example; salads with oil and vinegar (only add more vinegar, less oil), steamed vegetables, whole grain pastas with vegetables and olive oil, etc. But eating at home is better from a price perspective.
