hello to all. i'm a submissive woman in a long-term vanilla marriage. i would be interested in hearing from those who are or have been in a similar situation. any advice would be appreciated!

Welcome...There are several couples who have transitioned their marriages very successfully.

Also, if you were to look at someone's profile there is a tab that says view all forum posts. I am not sure you can
search specifically by the poster's name but certainly "Leadership527" successfuly transitioned his vanilla relationship and he was quite an active poster for awhile.

The ideal situation is to "Dom-ize" your husband. The next-ideal situation is to get his buy-in for outside Topping (I know a woman who got permission to be topped by women for this, even though she's straight).

The other options are not as good.

I was in a vanilla marriage for 6 years. Eventually I got his permission to play with friends. As his trust gre and he could see how happy I was, eventually things have progressed such that we are now poly. I would have been happy even if that development hadn't occurred, but I do love getting to be of greater service to my Master now.
