Previous studies have found a correlation between finger length and pre-natal testosterone exposure. In women, ring and index digits are usually almost the same length but in men the ring finger tends to be much longer. Interesting. Fox's fingers are the same length, mine are different and my ring finger is significantly longer than my index. So much for THAT theory, eh? Correlation does not equal causation. DV and Fox

This sounds like one of those things where you say to a sap, "Hey, did you know that if your hand is bigger then your face you have AIDS?" Then he goes, "Oh man, really??" And puts his hand right up to his face, then you slap his hand into his face. Lord only knows what those scientists did to those fingers.

That is quite an interesting article, though still has me quite skeptical. Can't see how they can conclude that from a test group being small and then applying it to the entire male population.

I've never seen any of these 'if this is that it means that about this' claims stand up to proper scrutiny.

This study certainly doesn't apply to me because even though my fingers are the same length, I'm very much both an alpha male in everyday life and I'm very much a nice guy, otherwise Mistress wouldn't be with me. She often tells me I'm usually the exception to most rules. I do have a certain finger for those scientists, though. [;)]
