the RIAA objected to it. the judge called the objection "specious". ...RIAA conveniently decided to stop sueing people after harvard got involved. lol. oops

You and your links, this one appears to be redirected. Fuck it I got the gist of it.

The tiny part of it I could read indicates that judges don't always kowtow to big money. I think part of the reason is that their jobs are quite secure.
