...just getting around to posting a "general hello" on the boards. I am a 43 year old, straight male switch from the North Shore of MA. I have listed myself as a switch as I wish to explore a bit. I am primarily Dominant, but newly emerged, and after many discussions and Q&A with folks who have been doing WIITWD, some advising for and some advising against, I have decided that it may be best for me to gain some experience from BOTH sides of the paddle. Learning is never a bad thing, right? I welcome any and all comments, suggestions and feedback. Thank Y/you!

Please tell me more about latex. I was able to touch/feel/smell latex at the DomCom show in Atlanta. It was a sensual turn-on. Please educate me on how it is involved in your activities.

I really can't "explain" latex to you. You are either really INTO it or you simply find it intriguing. This is a fetish that either attracts/repels, or creates curiosity. My suggestion is that if you found said items to be a turn on, buy some, and see where you are after wearing same. It's been an attraction to me since I was around 8 year old. I only started actively seeking it from about age 30.
If you're INTO IT, you're INTO IT. There's no explaination needed. It simply is so. Good luck in your quest!

Thanks, John! Wonderful book btw! I think it took that long to get out of the "guilt" phase. I just wish there was as vibrant a rubber scene here in the States as there is in Germany and the UK. Hopefully, someday! Cheers!

Hey miti... just noticed the warning on the Terry Pratchett quotes. I have just finished reading The Monstrous Regiment. My first Pratchett book. I am hooked! =)
