of the plane crash?   or of any list?

I want to see if  any names are on the list of people that could have been a force against corruption. A key question is who was on it- or supposed to be on it.

Well if the crash had happened in PA it's now public information with the new law passed but it didn't happen in PA so I'd say you'd have to check with the state dept of NY to find out their public information law.

So you're thinking this was all a conspiracy huh? Not birds? LOL <shakes her head and wanders off>

Didn't you know this is the best way to kill opponents of the government? Centre stage plane 'accident.' ?

I want a list of the 'wild birdlife' involved and if they were flying east to west or west to east.

We will pick holes in their supposed mid air bird incident. Give us time.

There's no reason to publish a passenger list, as no one is missing.  US Airways did release the names of the crew: http://www.usairways.com/awa/Content/en-US/information/home.html

It did seem a little odd that the official statement of both engines being missing has been retracted. Now they're saying that one engine is still attached after all, but couldn't be seen "due to murky waters."

Geez... how many tons do these engines weigh??? And considering that they know what part of the plane the engine is attached to... it just seems a little suspect.

You can get a passenger list if:

You're a member of law enforcement with a warrant.
If you hold a position within the airline that authorizes the viewing of the manifest.
If you work for FAA or NTSB and you're working on the case.

Passenger lists are confidential.

I've done corporate travel management for 20 years. If I call an airline on a record booked by my company, they won't even tell me if the passenger is on the plane. The most they'll tell me is if they checked luggage and I can view the ticket status to see if it's checked in.

Yep, the government hired the birds to fly into the engine.  Of course, the families of the birds are being compensated with lifetime supplies of nesting materials and food.

It was the Hudson River.  Jesus, they're lucky they even found the plane with all the other "debris"...  Between the cement shoe anchors, hazardous waste drums, and random "evidence" tossed in there it's no wonder the engine is missing.  Better be careful scavenging for the engine, anyway, might find Joey da Nose, or Vito "Marinara" Marone.

The birds are all a new military weapon, remote flown like the unmanned aircraft in the recruiting commercials.  The government is secretly recruiting young men and women that play video games to pilot these new weapons.  Soon, there will also be opportunities to build the remote control birds as a work at home opportunity, where you can make as much per week as you like, without ever getting dressed in the morning.

I'd tell you how I know all this stuff, but it's a secret.

LOL!  I was thinking the same thing!  Imagining a press release that said "150 souls on board; 150 lives, 6 bodies, and 3 lone appendages recovered."

I heard Jay Leno say that the airline has agreed to make sure that each passenger's frequent flier account is credited the 3 miles due them..  However, it may take some time before they can claim their baggage.

The pilot also apparently had the option to land at Newark but chose the Hudson river as a more pleasant alternative.

Currently, all birds weighing 7 lbs. and over in the area are being transported to Guantanamo for waterboarding, ermm...interrogation regarding their political beliefs and religious affiliations.

They probably just couldn't reach to see it with the equipment available at that time. Did you see how far it sank?

pa, this is beyond even your attempts at finding conspiracy with every possible event inside the country.....perhaps a hobby might be found so that you wouldn't worry so much that the world is ending and the Government just isn't telling us?...

Over the years other geese have caused accidents at LaGuardia and JFK. JFK is on the edge of a major birding site. Jamaica Bay gets over 200 species of birds a year. LaGuardia, on the edge of Flushing Bay gets mainly Canada geese which live anywhere, and seagulls. Usually they just do aborted takeoffs, this was a lot hairier than the usual round up the usual geese routine.

Of course, PETA will have a fit if they open season on the damned geese.

I've been giving this some thought and I've designed a fail proof fix?:

-------            net
Engine$      net
-------           net

Admittedly the net has to be really strong and shaped in a way to deflect the birds out of the way.
