Are you prepared to take on the full time responsibility of another? Ownership is very serious, as most people have problems making the right decisions for themselves, much less anyone else.
If you are ready, then do not negotiate. Assess your potential property, make note of their distinctions, and then mold them to be the best they can be, for you.
