The Doubletree Hotel sales director, Felix Barreras, confirmed to me that the hotel had a “legal, binding contract” with “MAL Maneuvers.” Barreras said the hotel did not know about any of the sexual perversions planned, and that sex acts would not be allowed in a conference room, which is a “public space.” MAL Maneuvers is held in concert with the larger “Mid-Atlantic Leather (MAL) Weekend,” a sadomasochism celebration held at the Washington Plaza Hotel

Ya know, I admit that I may be behind the times on my lingo, but Im fairly sure that 'pig sex' is slang for sex without condoms.

As to the original topic, most events I have attended have a strict no sex policy in the confrence rooms / ballrooms. That together with the statement by the hotel director saying that they didnt know there was sex planed for the ballroom is sort of making me think that MAL Maneuvers lied to the hotel.

But then again, this being collarme after all, I know that me raising such questions isnt even going to be a speed bump on the 'all christians are evil' bandwaggon.

Status: offline 		Scratch that last comment from me. Even if the hotel didnt know at first, they continued to side with MAL even after news of what was planed for the ballrooms got out.

For two days, the hotel stood firm while the accusations and falsehoods kept coming in. Just this morning, I told the management of Doubletree how impressed I was that they resisted the calls to shut us down.
