Geoff and I have parted ways. I am posting this under positive experiences, because that is how I would like to view our relationship, even though things did not work out, I will always consider him very special to me as well as a very good friend. I will respect his wishes to be released. Without going into detail, I will say that I hope that he finds true happiness and will remember me with fondness. Although it is an ending to us as a couple, it is a new beginning for us as individuals. I am a much richer woman, having had Geoff in my life. He is funny, intelligent, creative and so talented. I am honored that he submitted to me. Although he may not realize it, he taught me much more than he gives himself credit for. I will always be grateful for that. I am not always right and I do make mistakes. I have made a few and hope that my mistakes will not deter him from living his dream.
 
Geoff, you will always be a pearl in my eyes. May you find what you are searching for.

K. you are such an awesome person and friend.  I am honored to be your roommate and was honored to have the pleasure of knowing Geoff.  I know that even though you parted ways, he will always have a special place in your heart.  I also learned from Geoff as well and for that I do thank him...I learned not to be such a brat *winks at Geoff*  I love you K....hell, I might as well turn around and tell you instead of type it here lol.

parting is sometimes heartbreaking , well almost always that way but to hear how You describe what Y/you had together simply beautifully and elegantly. how wonderful to be enriched by his role in Your life. what a wonderful tribute You make to Y/your relationship to him.

I'm sorry to hear it didn't work out, but you both learned from your relationship, and grew more beautifully because of it.
