Hi, I'm new to the website and had a few questions. I'm genereally a switch. Sub with men, and domme with women. At the moment i'm looking for a sub for myself. The thing is, I don't know what should the tone of my email be? I don't want to be too aggressive, because I wouldn't respond too well to an aggressive email as a sub. BUT then would i not sound like i was domme enough if my email wasn't aggressive? What would you all reccommed. I'm not having much luck with responses. Please help. My profile is under yourQueen.

In my opinion, whether one is a dom, switch or submissive, initial contact should be basically polite and informative. If someone tries to dom or submit in the initial communications, he or she is forcing the other party into a scene to which the person hasn't yet consented. My advice would be to send the kind of letter to which you would respond. After all, you aren't looking for a random individual; you are looking for a complement.

There is always time for the 'domme' stuff later. I look for intelligence, humour, and self confindence, personally. But, of course, we're all different. If you can make me laugh, or think about something in a different way, I at least know that a friendship is possible. And isn't that how most relationships start out? Good luck!! Christina

Thank you Sam I am, but I wish you would have read my complete profile. My reference to Cleopatra was merely a metaphor when I was stating that Denial, was not just a river in Egypt. Also you would have known I was looking for a female submissive to Top, and that I am a switch. Geeesssssssshhhhhhhh....MEN! Fastlane states that in all honesty, the best way to solicit yourself as you look for a willing submissive to serve you, would be to have a picture of you on your profile and be honest in what you are looking for.
