I do a LOT of CBT...weights, spikes, ropes, ball crushers, humblers, ball/cock banding...and done RIGHT there is very little if any damage...and I have 3 kids to prove the fertility of my sub...

Also be careful on the length of time the device is on.

Oh yeah! I had a friend whose father had only one functioning testicle after a farm accident as a youngster. The man fathered 2 healthy boys as a married man and his wife had no complaints.
