my Master won't accept anything purchased from me. So--for his birthday this year--he wanted a play date with me--his slave--and with one of his subs. This is not a new thing--but not common place either.

The evening was memorable--as both of us wanted to give a little extra that night to Him.

If you know her favorite music, then burn her a CD for the car.

You can buy plain white tee shirts very cheaply and download clip art of something she enjoys to a iron on transfer paper. Giving her a shirt with her favorite dog breed, or bird, or flower or whatever on it.

In addition to baking a cake, why not make chocolate truffles? Lots of easy recipes out there and not something people get every day.

Daddy doesn't like his birthdays celebrated, he'd rather every one forgot and didn't say a word about it.

I however do insist on buying him a bd gift , singing happy birthday to him, and my not ageplay dad , makes him a scrumptious chocolate cake.

Last year his gift, was a plush collectors toy, It's kind of become a tradition every year to get him a new Cthuluh item.

Other than that, I give him the attention he wants, or give him space if he wants, to watch movies and stuff un interupted from me, and I pamper him.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Mistress's birthday was Saturday. It was just the two of us all day. I served her naked as much as I could. I chill easily, so keeping the place comfortable for Mistress I tend to develope goose bumps in a fairly short time. I pulled on her robe to warm up briefly from time to time but mostly wore only knee high leather boots with 3" heals. The night before it had taken me more than two hours in the bath tub to shave from head to toe. She like objectifying men but that is something I've been resistant to. When dinner was ready I set everything up, and then served as her table. As my skin is so tempurature sensative it was a series of very odd sensations to have patches of hot foods and cold foods on my chest and stomach at the same time. When dinner was done I had to clean up for dessert. Do know how difficult it is to get teryaki sauce out of your navel?
One of the things Mistress loves is my making fresh baked cookies and muffins for her. I had baked occationally before but it had never been a regular thing for me. Since she has been so encouraging I now do a couple batches a week just to have at least one of her favorite treats on hand at all times. I've never had anyone to teach me or taken any classes so all my baking is just finding recipies on the internet and a lot of experimentation. For her birthday I decided to made a black forest cake completely from scratch. I baked the cake the night before so it could cool before decorating. It was okay, but just taking it out of the pan I felt it would not be suitable for a special presentation. I found a new recipie and the morning of her birthday while making her breakfast I scrambled to bake a second cake. I was very pleased with the second one. Topped with the cherries and frosted it looked wonderful. Mistress thoughly enjoyed it. :)

Yay! congrats on making the day special and memorable. I am sure your M will have fond memories of this birthday for years to come.

And oh yeah about the teryaki sauce, and raspberry jam, the sort with seeds. The seeds get everywhere and STICK.

Oftentimes I make him a card on the computer, but then I have those skills. You could always make one using whatever skills you have. i'm not allowed to buy gifts for Him. i make a birthday card out of printing paper folded into rectangles . last year i drew spongebob in the front and wrote inside, how do i love thee let me count the ways. one one thousand two one thousand....(from who framed roger rabbit

i save vacation time so i can take a couple days off to be with Him. i bake His favorite dessert and wear sexy outfits all day long changing often. i just wear what i already have in different combinations. for the op may i recommend your best fitting jeans and a collar if you have one? inexpensive candles are also a good way to set the mood. then serve them their favorite food whether dessert or a full meal. do what will show effort thought and caring to please extra on their birthday . and if something doesnt go the way you planned it laugh it off. most people appreciate the effort more than the outcome.

Jut reading this and had a parallel thought. You might be aware of a movement in favour of "Steak and a Blowjob Day" to serve as the male equivalent of Valentines Day. Well I thought; how would that relate to a Male Dom/Female Sub relationship since every day would be Steak and blowjob (or atleast a blowjob - too much red meat can be a bad thing!.

Anyway, no need to answer this as I think all of the replies on this board answer it for me - its about doing something out of the ordinary or something that shows that you really are aware of what the person likes outside of the Dom/Sub relationship. I just wanted to mention this! Ta
