I would like to pose a question. In a Female Supremacy Lifestyle with so very many male slaves and submissives. Why hasn't anyone opened an OWK style organization.
The OWK is so popular with Dommes from all over the world attending. I am sure it would take off like a rocket here in the US. Just a thought.

As for those on this thread who see puritan, civil rights and tort issues, I don't think they'd be prohibitive to starting US OWK. A private entity can set its own membership and etiquette rules (Augusta Golf Club, for example) and liability issues could be handled through agreement (waivers) and assumption of risk. Puritans would try to down shut operations down through zoning laws, so an appropriate location would need to be chosen.

I know that there are play parties and public clubs here ---- and an ongoing issue there is how to "police" or "stop" extreme scenes when subs are being pushed further than non scene participants think reasonable. So, group activities at designated places held by organizations do exist here, just not on the same scale as OWK.

In sum, if the KKK can keep going, own property, and conduct business, than so would USA OWK.

I spoke to a slave on aol once who had been there on his own. He told me the torture was incredibly severe and much too intense for him. He was a slave of the guards on his stay since he had no owner.

It's definitely on my list of places to visit.

When it comes to binding and beating people, waivers tend to be worth ... maybe the paper they are written on. How many times have we heard about people who signed "slave contracts" only to have the 'slave' in question press charges against the Master/Mistress ... and win against them despite the contract that they signed stating that they knew how they were going to be treated and were ok with it. Location would help, but not solve the problem, and the amount of screening that would have to be done before each new person showed up would be a great expense.

If someone else wants to spend the time and money to research every client who came, as well as risking all the lawsuits that are bound to happen, then I wish them well ... and I'll watch for them on TV.

Maybe a suitable location in the US would be on Native American lands? If they would allow it, i think that may serve to eleviate many of the concerns. It seems the function would then fall under "tribal law" as opposed to US Federal law?

just 1.5 cents worth
