i've only encountered one single solitary person that truly had an interest/fetish/involvement with it. even at that, the method was with a burdizzo, and not some completely unrealistic fantasy driven scenario of blithely removing anything. so no, it's about as rare and unrealistic as can be achieved; unless you count the pills which will have that "effect", or impending sex changes, but even among "trans" folk, it's pretty rare to see. i suppose you could 'say' it's not unrealistic in the sense of threats, much as the same sense as most 'knife play' is just to make you sweat and worry. i expect it to remain forever in the realm of 'not even in fantasy' to me, the thing people for some reason don't seem to understand is that you'll lose more than you could imagine if you have it done, you'll lose your entire state of mind, your way of life will change, you will be a completely different human being as a whole; it's not like just losing an arm. [yes i know it sounds ridiculous saying "just" losing an arm] suffice it to say, i like who am at the present, and even if i wanted to change and for some reason was so pathetic that i lacked willpower enough be the person i want to be, i'd look for less absurd means. so in a nutshell, just read the 2 posts above mine.
