I saw the AFC championship game and, being a browns fan, I decided, "Im not watching the superbowl this year"

Besides the Superbowl (Feb. 1),
there's Gasparilla (Feb. 7) is it a coincedence that it's also the same day of the wedding... I suspect not, hehe

,
the Florida State Fair (Feb. 5-16),
Daytona 500 (Feb. 15),
and the Florida Strawberry Festival (February 26 - March 8)

and of course

last but not least...

THE WEDDING (Feb.7)!!!!

This area of Florida is really quite busy this time of year and the Superbowl just makes it more so.
I feel bad for everyone trying to get around locally *sigh*

but on the other hand... I am having an early Superbowl party for the kids tomorrow!

actually, I think they changed the Gasparilla dates due to Superbowl... *sighs* I would have loved to take Pirate to the Gasparilla celebrations...

I figured that when the Gasparilla folks found out that the REAL, "twue" pirate was going to be here, they decided to change their date,

absolutely correct that YOUR wedding will be the best celebration in FL that day!

I didn't know that they changed the date Greedy,

yeah... that would have been pretty cool to take "THE PIRATE" to, yep yep!

yeah, they changed it because of the !(^Y@#^(*&%&!#( superbowl. Normally, it's held THIS weekend.
