Let me be the first to start a consumer review topic to deal with rip offs, bad service, AND total stupidity on the part of some business.

First, they charge for ground shipping that is free at the other major computer suppliers, parts and component suppliers.
Second, they will generate a shipping label for FEDEX that gives a delivery date which is going to make the package late since they ship everything from the Rocky mountains east to Memphis, so, if like me, it goes through Texas to Memphis TN, then gets turned over to FEDEX to be shipped 640 miles BACK to Abilene Texas.
This shipping system makes as much sense as putting a milk bucket under a bull, what you get will be liquid, but it aint gonna be milk, nor can you use it as a milk substitute.
If you really want to order stuff for your pc, or even electronics, use NEWEGG.com, at least they are up front with the delivery dates, pricing, shipping, AND customer service.
