I would love to hear about some of the rituals that people incorporate into their BDSM and D/s play sessions and lives, if you would indulge me. i have a love affair with ritual, and i would love to hear something new and unique. To that end, i'll start with a few that my Miss practices with me, or that i fantasize about. ^^

Waiting to eat. This is actually something new that W/we started, which is really pretty for me. i love when my Miss feeds me, because i feel that it's very sensual and reaffirming. i feel like Her little girl...i feel like Her pet. O/our new variation on the rule is that, i'm not allowed to eat until my Miss says that i can...i have to sit there, and watch Her start eating first. She often feeds me a few bites by hand during this time, but i'm not allowed to touch my food without Her permission. This is a little hard for me to remember to do at the moment. ;;

Let's see, at least another...Okay, completely makes no sense whatever to me, but...i love my Miss. She makes me turn the water cold at the end of every shower i take. She says that it has health benefits, but i really believe that She just likes to see me whimper and fuss under the mean water.

That's all i have for right this second, but i'll add more as they strike me. i hope the topic is interesting enough, because i'm ultra curious...and i'm kind of mining for new ideas to suggest to my Miss ^^

Presenting is my most favorite ritual. The slave knees in front of me, facing me, head bowed and eyes closed. They take a deep breath (or a few) to center. When they're centered and ready to serve, they lift their head, look me in the eyes and say, "Ma'am, yes Ma'am." It thrills me every time.

Actually, I do the exact same thing at the end of my showers...lol. Cold water closes the folicals in your hair and the pores in your skin. It helps keep me alert and refreshes me. Plus, I LIKE the shock factor. I take extremely hot showers, and with a flick of the wrist, I'm blasted with freezing water...it's delicious.

I have many that are key to daily focus--beyond the rituals for interview and initial examination:

For a period of time, there are morning and evening flogging/spankings, to remind of ownership--to set the marks in the memory

Morning, I expect to be greeted, with My coffee, standing, head bowed, right hand (closed fist) over the heart (that's My medieval origins speaking out, it shows My committment) with " Good Morning Mistress or Maam, the day begins"

Evening before sleep--kneeling, bowed by the side of the bed with " Mistress may I be near you?"

And no matter where we are or what we are doing, if Mistress exerts that special voice--the head gets bowed, the eyes lowered--
