We took stuffed shell pasta noodles, hamburger and a home made cheese sauce and mixed it all together. The cheese sauce is a tiny bit sticky, I really like how the cheese sauce kind of helps keep the stuff together in one bite.

It's pretty bland we didn't season it much since neither of us know enough about seasonings to muck about with much more than salt and pepper, but you can salt it up or what ever seasoning you want to do to it, once you've plated it, and the individual wants seasoning.

So now you work out what was wrong with it the first time. If the sauce is sticky add more milk and really you should get equated with spices for seasoning, its amazing how much they can liven up a dish.

Aside from the fact spices have more antioxidant powers than anything else.
Even plain old black pepper has it's benefits.  Here is what my book says on it

Contains free-radical scavenger pinene, which counteracts oxidative stress from consuming high-fat diet.  Piperine increases absorption of selenium, vitamin-b, beta-carotene and other nutrients.

Yes, but a small pinch of salt, or other seasoning, which you control, is fine, The amounts of salt in boxed items are horrendous. When I put salt in it, the first bowl I put like a pinch of it and stired, and it was really good that way.

Other people are eating dinner too, and like I said they may salt it up as they wished too. Notice I said other individuals.
