Ok, this might be a rip off of YourhandMyAss' thread but I love cooking and always looking for good recipes. Couple of my favorites. Chicken pita sandwiches 1 pkg chicken tenders, diced 2-3 cloves garlic 2 tbs butter basil lemon-pepper seasoning worchestershire sauce small finely chopped onion chicken and butter go in a skillet add worchestershire sauce until chicken is about 1/4 submerged smash garlic and dice into mix cover with dried basil or add 2-3 leaves of fresh add onion coat it all with lemon-pepper reduce until all liquid is gone when it starts to sound like it's frying, stir frequently. Let the remains of the worchestershire turn dark but not burn. Remove from heat. Make your favorite salad mix. Add blackened chicken and salad mix into a heated pita pocket (or wrap), coat with salad dressing. Dust with parmesan cheese. Marinara sauce large can crushed tomatoes small can diced tomatoes tablespoon dried basil or 3-4 fresh leaves 6-8 cloves garlic 1/2 teaspoon paprika parsley flakes 1 onion diced 1lb ground round or italian sausage 1-2 tbs molasses 1/2 tsp black pepper brown meat in the pot. add garlic, paprika, parsley, onlion and basil. drain fat, add tomatoes. mix and let simmer for about half an hour. Add molasses only to cut the twang off the tomatoes. Salt to taste. (pretty good, although the amounts above are a guestimate.) I never write anything down. Works for most types of pasta including lasagna.
