Maybe a private unknown island fully loaded? Say between?  That moves around like on Lost and has an engine and no one can see unless invited? That way if transporation is a problem we can just pick em up?

Okay I fully admit I just took my ni ni meds.

Ooooh, Bear!  I love it when you get all rough and tumble that way!

*squish*

Then I expect you to meet me at the train station, offering me chocolate, imported rum and a stretch limo waiting to take me to the hotel.

Bear, now you're just makin' me hawt!

~FR~

Was randomly wondering about this the other day, so I looked it up just now, and I was a bit surprised to find...

handcuffs are not prohibited in carry-on baggage.  Nor are whips (although weighted ones would probably get confiscated as a weapon).

Who knew?

They aren't prohibited, but that doesn't mean some overzealous twit won't tell you that you cannot have them.  I would not recommend arguing with the peep at security.  I cannot imagine that EVER ends well.

Hey there poppets,
I am going to the wedding of the century and have a steel collar... Gorean Master made it, yep he bends steel.

I'd rather not have to check it if possible.  And yes, I will have a key for it.  Any ideas whether this would be an issue?

hugs,
sunshine

Wear it proundly.if they"security" ask you to remove it then do so..BH

Having flown both before and after the TSA  came along  and having worn my collar when traveling here and abroad i have never had an issue with wearing it through security.

i took it off and put it in my bag last time through in Dusseldorf, the problem was when in the bag getting scanned as my carry on they can not see through the solid metal and they freak when that happens.  American agents, had one once who wanted it off, i pointed back to Master, said let him through and it will come off.  They didn't i got a bitchy look from the gal and she just huffed and let me through.  Newark agents were the coolest, they asked..ohhh slave collar? i said yes, i got a smile and a wave through..that though was before 9/11

As long as when you set it off and explain to them that hey, it is metal, it is solid, i got a key want it off? they won't have an issue with it.

ok folks... i get the dealio.... I believe Master will be very happy with me wearing it through, the key ready to take it off.  I would just hate them to take it since he bent the steel and all.  Sentimental and all that.

hugs and see you soon!

Take it off or have to wait in the room for a search and miss your plane. I have seen it happen a couple of times.
