Yes, I titled it The stupid question. But that is because it probably is and I am just being lazy. Yes, I admit it I can be lazy. Anyways, moving to the question.

What -exactly- is a ProDomme?
What does She do?

If someone or a whole bunch of someones could explain it so I can a wide variety of explanations I would be very much thankful!

Pro Domme - A woman who performs SM (Sadomasochism), D/s (Dominantion/Submission), fetish roleplay or other acts of 'BDSM' with a client for a fee. There is usually little to no emotional connection from the Dominatrix to the client and there is no responsibility in the 'realtsionship' beyond the session.

Naturally, just like in dealings in any professional relationship, one or both parties may begin to care about the other to some degree beyond the professional connection, but this should not be expected.

There isn't a wide variety of explanations. There are only a wide variety of women who specialize and enjoy a wide variety of fetishes and D/S activities in their daily work, and who work at a wide variety of economic levels. Most large urban centers will have both independent professionals and women who work in multi-pro dungeons. Smaller towns may have women who build a small playroom or work out of their homes. There may even be pro dommes who make housecalls for all I know. But many, many dominant women, including long-term lifestyle dommes, had been professionals at one time or another--sometimes out of sheer curiosity as to what it would be like.
