February--

It's going to be a pretty busy/eventful month for us.  My Owner and I are testing for our conceal carry handgun permits and currently learning the finer points of our first firearm.  Classes are starting to get in full swing to me, which including a few mentally tough classes as well as a few physically demanding ones.  I am learning Tang Soo Do in one of my physical activity classes and bowling in the other.  Of course, the former is more physically demanding than the latter...but the latter gets surprisingly tiring after about three games.  I think I will end up enjoying Tang Soo Do quite a bit.

My Owner's birthday falls on the 18th, and I am buying her a nice pair of boots that she picked out.  I have some other, more romantic things planned, but this wouldn't be the place to post it.  She has something planned for me on Valentine's day(I've been doing a little something each day leading up to it) and I have to admit I have absolutely no idea what it is.

We're both going to be working a lot in the meantime.  I have work/school and she has work/hobby work(She's doing photography/website work for a local movie label again.

As I said, it'll be an eventful month.

Another month is gone. I have been busy working. The end of the month was wonderful. SWLC was so much fun. I saw some friends that I only get to see once a year. I finally met some that I have only talked to on the phone or on line. I enjoyed the entire weekend and it was even better that it was held here and I was able to go home every night and sleep in my own bed. The weather has been wonderful. That is why I live here. No snow or ice for me. It has been a good month for me.

I'm still working. Which considering everything going on I'm pretty happy about and I'm about to get to expand my role at my job. Mind you it's still not a lot of moving up but still going to be something better then nothing.

Been talking to a few people which is nice. Also still have Cat around through we don't have the abilty to see each other a lot do to life. The postive is I just spent way too much money on a Wii which I've been playing too much with the family that's good.

I'm almost in complete shock that it is February.  The days and weeks seem to be going by very quickly.
 
January became something of a revolving door around here.  MisterP is back in Korea.  He is now what he calls a two digit midget, meaning that he has less than a hundred days left to his tour.  I can't tell you how glad I'll be when it's officially over.  I think My computers will be as well.  I'm barely keeping the electronic connections going.  LOL.
 
As for clip, he came and left in January, and is now back again.  The bit in TX was very quick.  Since then, Mistress Military can't seem to figure out exactly what to do with him.  The eventual destination is still Afghanistan, but the problem seems to be where he needs to go within the states to finish all of the pre-deployment requirements.  They've now decided that he has to go to WI for about ten days before going to KS before going out of the country. 
 
The benefit to the above insanity is that clip has been home with Me here for the past couple of weeks and will still be here for the next ten days or so.  After WI, he'll come back again for just a couple of days before hitting KS.  The funny part about all of this is how all of the travel arrangements have been made possible.  It was a direct result of changing clip's "home of record."  In military jargon, that means My sub officially "lives" with Me according to the federal government.  Now if I could just get them to recognize poly families.  LOL.
 
As to where January went, I'd haev to say a lot of it was on the road.  I've been very active in the local and surrounding communities.  For those of you who remember AtlantaMistress and her boy subtype13, they got their new play space up and running.  Studio Eris is absolutely fantastic and I just love what she's done with it.  At some point in the next few months, I'm supposed to be a part of the Sadistic Saturday series, which so far is off to a great success.  I've also spent time at 1763 over the last couple of weekends, taken part in a new program called PTP, made it to the regional munch, and even visited the neighbor groups in SC.  If the economy is having hard times, it's not because I'm not doing My part.
 
Speaking of which, it's time to go to the job that pays for it all.  I hope everyone is doing well.  I'm sure I'll be on more some time around mid month.

I just started posting on here this month ( or the end of last month) so I am not sure how it goes. I have read a few other post it seems like we are checking in. I think I should introduce Myself. I am Celeste from Daytona Beach, FL. I am married to a Dominant male, we have been together 11 years married 9 in March. That is fun. I have a new slave that I absolutely adore. he doesn't  live in My area so this is My first long distance relationship ( I swore I would never do this). he is an awesome guy.  My life is pretty full with family, and work, and friends. I am here to learn. I started practicing in My late teens and have had slaves or been fortunate enough to be surrounded by My lifestyle friends. Most of My lifestyle friends have gone back north (PA area) so I find Myself in the position of making new friends down here. it is amazing what a void it creates not to be able to stop by in the morning on the way to work and have a cup of coffee prepared and served to you as you discuss the latest training session you had  or issues with your newest slave. The phone is just not the same.  I digress, anyway that is enough for now. Thanks for reading.

Greetings from my part of the East Coast. 2009 has been no less than pretty interesting so far - due in part to all the colorful personalities on these boards that keep me entertained. I've been lusting after a new flogger (www.bareleatherworks.com),  new corsets, and (of course) new bootz/shooz. Work keeps me busy and out of the malls long enough for them to re-stock.
 
p.s. I'll be perving some profiles just because I've not done too much of that. Just thought I'd warn y'all but I'll leave a note to say I was there :)

My Lady and I are having the ride of our lives here in January/February.  We got through our first real separation while we both went east to visit family - apart for 7 days...for us, this was intense!  The reunion was fantastic, the play was spiritual and intensely satisfying... [:)]

I am gearing up for my first outing en'femme on the 21st of this month with several friends and tgirls.  Up to this point, I have been solo and private about my female side, but my Lady and I have been exploring it a lot and I am ready to take myself out to a club and have some fun!  This weekend we are hosting a dinner for some of those friends where I will do a dress rehersal - ever cook Thai food for 6 people in 4 inch heels, fishnets, and nails?  I am about to experience it!  My outfits are fabu...[;)]

My business continues to struggle, but I still have money in the bank for two months operating and my rent is paid through March, so there is reason to hope even in this economy.  Filling in gaps with consulting, web work, and art. 

We are looking forward to the Cherry Blossom festival coming to Denver in March with Madori and Madame Butterfly.  I am signed up to learn a BDSM-style tea ceremony involving rope...so excited about that!  [:D]

January began rough - first the bitter cold and problems with my current living situation pushed back my moving plans until April or May but definitely planning to be out by June ...and then my oldest suffered a relapse which prompted me to put her into a day program at the hospital - she's responding well to the new anti-depression and sleep medications.

the month did end on a good note - spent a wonderful weekend in Denver (i love the mountains!) with my pet ...got to see the latest construction project he's working on. besides sight-seeing, i was able to finalize the wedding guest list for "save the date" cards as well pick the invitation for next year. majority of the wedding planning is nearly complete ...just need to decide on the Vegas chapel.

i'm looking forward to Valentine's Day ...my pet's coming home for the weekend...

Belatedly checking in. Episode of past sub pleading for third chance; proposed to take him for a couple of days as a one-time thing with conditions. He agreed to conditions, then disappeared off the face of CM without responding to my email of concern (his employer had major layoffs). He did not reply, just hid his profile! (I created an alternate just to peek.) He ever writes me again, he gets a three-word reply, "Send me money." Not gonna feed him any more wanker fodder. One of my subs said he knows a few dommes who have been dragged backwards into going semi-pro just because of this sort of ass.

Fortunately, pleasant times with my local subs, and possibility of a KinkFest visit from my out-of-state sub. (Woohoo!)

Rental house being fixed for sale pronto, pro help is making it happen. Exhausting (I'm part of the unpaid labor and step-n-fetch-it crew) but if, no WHEN, the place sells my world gets a lot easier fast. Meanwhile, what I need at the mo' is a body servant. Just putting on socks after the week I've spent is a five-minute job.

Well, Febuary is off to a good start. With the current economic climate I am dipping my toes into the world of social entrepreneurism for the first time. Time to give back and all that jazz.

Our businesses are coming along nicely and I am glad that I am incharge of my own (work / financial) destiny. The insecurity some of my friends are going through right now is damn awful. Its hard to say good bye to friends and family that have to leave Ireland once again to seek out employment. Especially the ones that have their own families and ties here. But I firmly believe that its only a 2 - 3 year glitch.

Hoping to plan a trip to NY for March / April and find better a better bdsm experience than last time. If / when I get it booked I will be looking to you guys for pointers. Trips to the UK also in the pipeline. One of my new year promises to myself this year was more quality time for myself and boy and thats happening which is all good.

Heres hoping you all have a wonderfully wicked Valentines (my plans for a wicked 48 hours are in place :-) ).

BACK from the Orlando nuptial!  It was amazing, and it was so good to see old friends and make new ones!  If any of you get to Orlando, I really recommend The Woodshed!  It's a members only place, so I guess you need to know a member, but it's worth it to find one and attend.  It's a beautiful space, clean, well lit and appointed, and most importantly, the people are GREAT!  Friendly, welcoming, everything you could ask for.
