These are more my style

I actually have a pair very similar to those.  As well as a pair that are grey leopardprint fabric (I call them my Stevie Nicks boots)

Just for the record, I usually wouldn't spend this much on rain boots haha. But it rains here pretty much every day...and most rain boots are less than cute, so I just end up not wearing them.  I've decided spending a decent amount of really cute rain boots will save me money in the long run because I'll stop destroying cute shoes in puddles haha

You girls might enjoy Yoox.com.   All high designer names---LOTS of footwear for less $$.   I don't do boots myself, but they've got some nice Pradas (and others)  for as low as  $200-400.   Maybe last years fashions, I don't know, but they pretty much look like classic styles anyway.

My thoughts on the boots, well, the length of the uppers are good and the fact that it is laced, I am always a sucker for laced, but the sole, chunky I can go with, that's no problem, but the chunky on those looks kind of like an after though, no real thought gone into them and they aesthetically let down the uppers. The boots that Greedy indicated had a better line in the sole, more shape which enhanced the uppers. Curves tend to go well with curves.

Ok I'm in the I LOVED them category. I just wish the vid was a little clearer. I have a similar pair (shorter, not a knee high boot) that I wear all the time in winter months.
