I can't answer for the CBT, but I do know that the closer you hold the candle to the body the hotter the wax will be when it hits the skin. The best advice I was told was to educate yourself on human anatomy before trying body suspension. When you have a body part tied you are restricting the blood circulation which could increase the potential for nerve damage and tissue death. I suggest that you talk with a person who is knowledgeable and experienced in the art of bondage. Definitely don't suspend him from the balls. There's a nerve bundle that regulates how far the testes hang from the body. It can be slowly stretched over time, but if you put too much force on it you're going to cause serious damage to it. Pull a little too hard and it'll feel like getting kicked in the balls, regardless of any damage you may be doing to the testes themselves. Pull way too hard and you could actually rupture that bundle. I'm guessing that might have some negative effects when it comes to fertility.
