Various of the videographers and photographers in the bondage arena (e.g. House of Gord, Jay Edwards, and TiedGirls) make use of bondage frames made from structural steel tubing and angled joints (which look like Kee Klamp products).
I looked into this recently, and found that there were several suppliers in my home city (in the UK) that could provide the structural steel tubing (in various diameters, and pre-cut to length if required), and there are both on-line and depot suppliers of the modular clamps. You can even get the tubing and clamps powder-coated in a variety of jazzy colours.
Just wondering if anybody out there had made this kind of bondage frame themselves?

I have a canopy bed that I made out of steel pipe and Kee Klamps. They're tinker toys for grownups [:)]

I have gotten to see a steel frame St Andrew's Cross, that was the frame itself, and nothing else between the steel sides, aside from some steel leaflike spear decorations in each corner. And honestly, I thought it was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. Alas though, it is in Wasteland (an event in the Netherlands) and not with me.

It would seem these types of devices would be difficult to build. However, if you know how to weld, or know someone who does, it might be much easier. Although I would caution that solid steel piping might be better to use, for more support.

I wish I could make one myself, but I dont see being able to have the access to the machinery needed to make it. Maybe in the future though. Ive plenty of time to learn welding.
