how about a massage - not a deep tissue, make-it-hurt kind, but a sensual body rub - pick one end of the body and work your way to the other. not expensive - a space to lay flat, soft lighting, soft music, massage oil and a towel to cover the surface if that is an issue for you. the body shop has an excellent massage oil - i buy the unscented and make my own scent - a combination of lavender and sandalwood - very yummy. i do recommend finding a massage oil or lotion that you like and that does not need to be continually replaced. Make sure you and your partner are not sensitive to any scent you may use - sneezing kind of ruins the mood. if you are well-versed, go for it, if you are not, check out a few books or web sites - it is better if you understand a bit about muscular structure even if it's just looking at pictures to see what's where and the direction in which certain muscles are oriented. the art of sensual massage is a great book and i am sure that there are a million sites with good information. do a little research and give him the best massage he's ever had. don't forget the face and the head, the hands, let no part go untouched. you've made dinner, relaxed and soothed his body, maybe you can wash him later in a shower or bath - pamper him until he melts into the sheets. newflowers
