I had a look on the forum search - I couldn't find anything about this. I was just wondering if anybody knew anything about the health aspects of corset training. Like, how often a girl should wear one to begin with, how tightly it should be laced, how much smaller than her waist her first corset should be, are there any warning signs to watch out for that would require a corsets removal, or signs that corset training will be unsuitable for her at all, what exercises/ dietary changes would benefit her, anything anyone can think of. Also, recommendations of places where good quality corsets can be bought, or reputable sites that can be trusted, and have this kind of info would be good. I'm an absolute beginner to this, but very eager to try it, so any info is welcomed. If there is already a thread about this, I am sorry, but I did try and look..! Thanks very much; Garnet
