Of all the words that I have to describe you, mean is not one of them. There are people who arrive in one's life, who give of themselves, selflessly. These people do this, not for the attention, glory, applause or adoration. They do it, because their hearts are over filled with love and kindness for another human being. I call these people "Mortal Angels". You my sweetest friend, are one of those people. You are my Mortal Angel. As I am sitting here crying now. I could have written this in a personal email, and many may say I should have, but I wanted those who read this to know how much impact you have had on my own life. Without a word from me, you can simply tell when I need a hug or a smile. Your friendship is valued beyond reason and I will forever be thankful for knowing you.
There was one reason for this Calibirthday, and it was for you, yet, you took it upon yourself to always make sure that everyone was taken care of. You knew that it would take you four hours away from your get-together to go and pick up Gwyn, but you not once hesitated. You knew how badly she wanted to be there and it never crossed your mind to not go and get her. Fran came downstairs, asked what was going on, and simply said "I'll go with you". I can never express here on this page how touched I was by the entire moment. Y'all walked out and all I could think of, is there goes two of the most amazing women I have ever been blessed to know. When I was unable to go to the beach, you found a beach that I could go to. Once again, you took the time away from the "party", to make sure that I got to get into the water at least once on this trip. It was a hot day, and I know your back was hurting, yet you never, not once complained about the heat or the extra work it took for you to make sure that I got to spend time at the beach. We sat and laughed, and to be honest, it is one of the best memories of this week that I will take home with me. Even if you did make me call out my safe word *s* Hey, you didn't know I wasn't into breath play! lol and I truly do think I blacked out a bit from laughing so hard. (I had to at least put one funny thing in this post, sheesh, I got a rep to protect!) lol
You, Cali, are the woman that I aspire to be. I don't have the warmth in my heart that you do, but by your example I hope to some day. There can never be enough wonderful things that people can say about you here. It isn't just me that sees it, as noticed in this thread, you have touched more lives than you could ever imagine.

Damn I am crying again.
It was an outstanding weekend. I was amazed that the calvary not only showed up but never a complaint was said. Thank you ladies for coming and getting us. ~ Thank you Mdr for dropping me back off safely at home.
Thank you to all of the wonderful people who held and cared for both Gabe and I. It was needed more then you can know. This weekend was like a balm to my soul. Even in the frenzy of 12-14 people talking, eatting, and being in one place there was so much peace for me in it.
Thank you Tulip for being there for me and listening when I needed it the most. Same goes for you Greedy-sweetie. Your friendships have held me aloft in my most difficult of times.
Thank you Tat for being the babe-o-magnet and slut some of us merely dream about.
Thank you guys ( Steven and Mdr) for hanging out with all of us wimmins and holding your own. ~ (Ok well when someone wasnt holding it for ya! LOL ) ~ Steven I am so glad you got some play time.

Moga~ What can I say? You are such a wonderful person and powerful woman. I was honored to have had the chance to play together with you. Our time snuggling in bed talking and giggling is what I will always carry with me.
Cali, Sweet and giving Cali... Thank you for giving us all some place to Join together and celebrate. The hugs and laughter... the tears and good food. It was all wonderful, and it was all there because of you.
Also thank ya'll for giving me a reason to fire up the grill and cook. I love to feed people.
