Haven't seen this video for a good few years. Things of note: The video was definitely directed by a woman, methinks. Many close-up reaction shots of the guys, and the woman in the video isn't presented so much as "pretty" as slightly ghoulish. They actually appear to be tied up. Properly. This is a rare occurrence in mainstream media. I approve. :) Gary Barlow looked a lot better in the early 90s than he does now. :S The irony in the contrast of video to song amuses me greatly. :D
