Bubba Smith (Police Academy Fame) was using a Urinal in a mens room, when President Ronald Reagan comes walking in, with his Secret Service Agents. President Reagan goes to use the Urinal next to Bubba Smith, and notices how "BIG" Bubba is. President Reagan then asks Bubba, how he got it so big.
"Well Mr. President, When I go home at night, I bang it against my bed post, and it gets this big." Presiden Reagan says he will have to try that, and goes home to the White House. He goes into the bedroom, and sees Mrs. Reagan sleeping in the bed, with the lights out. He gets undressed and starts banging his THING on the bed post. Mrs. Reagan wakes up, after hearing the noise, and says, "Bubba, is that you?"
