Please, please do not read books, after all you are not a puppet and want to repeat what you read without feeling it. It is the feeling inside that he was seeking, if you don't feel it, never pretend because he will take you to the next level while you are obviously not ready yet.
I in the beginning understood perfectly what he wanted from me, and me being a proud person found it very hard to comply but once I was able to beg it felt like a step forward into depravation. The lower I can get the better our relationship is.
Like I said you will feel that feeling inside when you are ready and until you do he will test you. Nothing wrong with that, call it growth.
