All I can say is good luck, it takes time to know what you want and to find that one that will make it work. I have been looking for a year now and only started looking on here a few months ago.

If you truly want to be great, and not just good, first be honest with yourself; then, learn yourself. Once you know who you are then start learning the craft, for it is much more than just how to swing a flogger or do safe bindings. It is about what lies behind those things that truly counts. Be aware that your self-knowledge will constantly change as you grow, and new vistas appear within and without. Master that, and the rest will take care of itself.
